Internal procurement simplified โ employees create shopping carts with line items, submit for approval, and approved carts push directly to SAP Business ByDesign. No SAP licence needed.
Key Capabilities
1. Create Cart
Search and select products from the SAP catalogue, specify quantities and units of measure. Simple product search, quantity, done.
2. Submit for Approval
The completed cart is submitted for internal approval. Approvers review, approve, reject, or send back with comments. Routing is configurable.
3. Push to SAP
Once approved, the cart is pushed to SAP Business ByDesign, creating a procurement requisition that follows SAP’s standard purchasing workflow.
4. Status Tracking
Requesters see cart status โ draft, pending approval, approved, pushed to SAP, or rejected. No chasing the buyer for updates.
